Job Description

As a Semi-Bilingual Representative, you will monitor autonomous robot operations, intervene to prevent issues, guide movement when needed, and ensure incidents and escalations are documented within SLA—supporting smooth performance, safe navigation, and reliable order completion.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, operations support, or a related role
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1–B2)
  • Willing and able to work onsite on an open schedule, including shifting hours
  • Amenable to an 8-hour workday with two consecutive rest days
  • Comfortable working in a non–client-facing role with no direct customer interaction
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow processes in a structured environment

Your Daily Tasks
Monitoring & Intervention

  • Ensure safe robot movement in autopilot mode
  • Intervene when necessary to prevent collisions
  • Assist in loading/unloading operations and validating order status

Navigation & Decision-Making

  • Manually guide the robot in situations where autopilot requires support
  • Analyze the route and ensure safe passage
  • Mark up interventions and requests in the system

Incident Reporting & Escalations

  • Report and document incidents within SLA
  • Some escalations are automated, while others must be raised manually by the Watcher
  • Coordinate with teammates when necessary
